Peacefully passed away at home on Thursday 25th June 2020, aged 63. Phil will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service to take place at Harwood Park Crematorium, Stevenage on Tuesday 14th July at 2.00 pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to be sent direct to SCOPE.
