Claire Michelle Jones Passed away peacefully after a short illness on 11th February, aged 54 years. Devoted and much loved daughter, sister, partner, mum and nan. Funeral to take place on Friday 1st March, Harwood Park Crematorium at 3:30pm Family flowers only, donations, if desired can be made payable to Isabel Hospice and sent via J J Burgess & Sons, Alfred House, 20 The Common, Hatfield, AL10 0ND
