Philip Bryn Meredith "Phil" Passed away peacefully with his loving wife by his side on Saturday 26th May, aged 63 years. Much loved Husband, Dad, Crrandad, Son and friend to many. Funeral to take place on Friday 22nd June, Harwood Park Crematorium at 12:30 All are welcome to attend.
