Paula Sansome Late of Old Hatfield Passed away peacefully on the 27th March 2018, at Jubilee Court Care Home, Stevenage. Aged 90 years Funeral to take place on Tuesday 24th April, Harwood Park Crematorium, Watton Road, Stevenage, SG2 8XT at 11:45am No flowers by request, donations if desired can be made payable to Isabel Hospice and sent via J J Burgess & Sons, 23 Station Road, Knebworth, SG3 6AP
