Poulton Brenda Alison. Passed away peacefully on 4th December 2017. Much loved Wife, Mum, Nan and Great Nan who will be Dearly missed by all that loved and knew her. Funeral will take place at Harwood Park Crematorium on Friday 5th January 2018 4:15pm.
