It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our deeply loved Husband, Dad and Grandpa JOHN PATRICK THURSTON SWAN 17.03.1936 - 15.04.2017 Rommie Swan Van Dijk Andrew, Karen, Jack and Max Janette, Nigel, Alice and James Robert, Elsa and Lydia Beloved Brother of Jane Funeral service will be held at Harwood Park Crematorium on Thursday 4th May at 9.30am Family flowers only, donations if desired in memory of John to Diabetes UK, Parkinsons UK and Marie Curie Nurses, via a collection plate after the service or by cheque.
