DAPHNE JEAN PAMELA JONES Of Autumn Vale Care Home, Welwyn, sadly passed away on August 27, aged 86, at the Lister Hospital, Stevenage. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Loving mother and nanna to Elaine, Gavin, Philip and Hannah. Funeral service will take place at Harwood Park Crematorium on Monday, September 19, 1.15pm. Family flowers only.
