ELSIE PICTON passed away on Tuesday, July 12, aged 91. She will be very sadly missed by all her family and friends. A service of thanksgiving will take place at St Martins Church, Knebworth on Friday, August 12, 2pm. In memory of Elsie, donations, if desired will go to the RNLI via a retiring collection.
