GRAHAM Susanne (Susi) Graham, nee Burghardt, died on Monday, January 18, aged 87. Much loved mum to Tony and Hazel and adored grandma of Sophie, Emily, Oliver and Jack. Her life and amazing accomplishments will be celebrated on Monday, February 8, 11am at Harwood Park Crematorium. Dress code is as per you personal choice.
