WEAVER Phillis Rosemary Weaver, only child of the late Harold and Edith Weaver, died on August 25, aged 93, a resident of Welwyn Garden City since 1924. A service of Thanksgiving is to be held at St Francis of Assisi Church on Tuesday, September 15, 3pm. Donations, if desired may be made to St Francis PCC via Austins, 33 Wigmores North, WGC.
