Derek Chalkley passed away peacefully at the Lister Hospital on May 13, aged 80. Much loved and sadly missed. Beloved husband of Hazel, father of Martin, Eric, David and the late Lesley. Funeral service to be held at Harwood Park Crematorium on Tuesday, June 2, 11.45am. Enquiries to Austins 01438 714686.
