Karen Stewart Kinnear, 67, adored wife, mother and grandma died peacefully on 25 March. She left her body to medical science. Friends may wish to make a donation in her memory to the Cancer Fund at University College Hospital, London WC1E 6AG where she received loving care and excellent treatment during the last five years.
