David Drysdale Baxter passed away peacefully at the Lister Hospital on January 14, aged 63. Celebration of Daves life will take place at Harwood Park Crematorium on Monday, February 16, 11am. Bright colours most welcome. Family flowers only, but donations to be shared between Guide Dogs for the Blind and Hertfordshire Constabulary Welfare fund.
