Hubert Hayes November 14, 1933 - January 18, 2015 sadly passed away peacefully after a long hard fight, Much loved husband to Pat, loving father to Stephen, Mark and daughters-in-law Stella and Rachael, brother-in-law to Pam. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren and great grandchdilren. Funeral at Harwood Park Crematorium on Tuesday, February 24, 11am. Family flowers only.
