GORDON SCALES peacefully at home on December 31, aged 90, after cheerfully enduring a long illness. Loving husband to Haide, loving father and grandfather to Rory, Susan, Marie, Kirsty, Richard, Emma, Jonathan and Philip. Humanist funeral service at 10.15am, Thursday, January 22 at Harwood Park Crematorium, Watton Road, Stevenage, SG2 8XT. Family flowers only please.
