ARTHUR Norman John Arthur, January 30, 1949 - November 3, 2014. It is with deep sadness and great sorrow that I have to announce the sudden death of my dear brother Norman on Monday, November 3 at Hinchingbrook Hospital, Cambridgeshire, formally of Wheatley Road, WGC.
