David John Jones sadly passed away on September 6, aged 63. Loving husband, dad and grandad, greatly missed by all who knew him. Funeral to take place on Monday, September 29, 9.30am at Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church, followed by a burial. Flowers or donations, if desired to Dementia UK.
