Kathleen Freda (known as Kit) Jefferys peacefully passed away on June 14 at home. Wife to Ron, mother to Valerie, Mark and Tracey, grandmother to Neil, Max, Chris, David, Samantha, Brogan, Lewis and Thomas, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. The family wish to give their heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff of Isabel Hospice, Marie Curie District Nurses and Hall Grove Doctors Surgery for the care and kindness they have given during her illness. The funeral will take place on Wednesday, July 2, 1.15pm at Harwood Park Crematorium. Family flowers only.
