KENNETH PARSLEY SNIP March 9, 1929 - November 15, 2013. Peacefully passed away on Friday, November 15, after a short illness, aged 84. Husband of Patricia Peg, father to Duncan, Nigel, Robert and Lyn, grandfather to Madeleine, William and Allana. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
