SPENCER-PALMER Hugh Spencer-Palmer died peacefully at home on June 18, aged 92. Loving husband of Joy, devoted father of Anthony and Caroline, loved by family and friends. Funeral service on Monday, July 8, 2pm at St Marys Church, Old Knebworth, followed by cremation. Family flowers only. Donations, if wished in memory of Hugh to hft (Home Farm Trust) c/o Austins, High Street, Stevenage. 01438 316623.
