HUGHES Penelope Joan (nee Parker ) Hughes of Welwyn, widow of Arther John, died peacefully on April 28. She will be greatly missed by her children Max and Jane, her six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Private cremation followed by thanksgiving service on Tuesday, May 14, 11.30am at St Mary the Virgin Church, Welwyn. Family flowers only.
