HALE Peter Henry John Hale died peacefully on March 29, aged 88. Husband of the late Phyllis (nee Wren). He will be sadly missed by children Jeffrey, Philip, Julie, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral service on Monday, April 22, 11am at Harwood Park Crematorium. Family flowers only.
