TWIGGS Edward (Ted) Twiggs passed away peacefully on May 12, aged 87. Ted will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, May 23, 11.45am at Harwood Park Crematorium. After the service all Teds friends and shipmates are invited to join his family for refreshments at the Royal Naval Association. By request family flowers only.
