FLAVELL John Francis Flavell. June 2, 1959 - December 16, 2011. RIP. Passed away peacefully on December 16, at the Isabel Hospice. He will be sadly missed by his parents Winnie and John Flavell, wife Debbie, sons Andrew and David. Loved and respected by all relatives, friends, colleagues and neighbours. Funeral to take place on Thursday, January 5, 11.45am at Harwood Park Crematorium. Family flowers only by request.
