NEWMAN Christina Newman died on July 16, aged 81. Chris will be sadly missed by her daughter Jane, grandson Stephen, nephews, nieces, and brother Ted (and Teresa). A local teacher for many years, Chris is remembered by many of her former pupils. Requiem mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 29, 11.30am at St Peters RC Church, Bishops Rise, Hatfield, followed by cremation at West Herts Crematorium, Garston, 1.20pm.
