HART Derek John Hart passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 15, after a short illness, at the Isabel Hospice, aged 78. A much loved husband, father, grandfather and brother who will be sadly missed but always in our hearts. Funeral service to take place on Friday, July 1, 2pm at Harwood Park Crematorium.
