PATRICIA (PAT) PEMBERTON passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 13. Beloved mother of Elaine and Esme, stepmother of Terry, grandmother of Kim, Alex, Lauren, Charelle, William and Lucy. A special lady who will be sadly missed but will never be forgotten in our hearts. Funeral was held on March 7 at Harwood Park Crematorium. Donations, if desired to the Stroke Association.
