WELBURY Brian Welbury of Crowborough, East Sussex, but one time resident of WGC, passed away peacefully November 3 in hospital. Much loved husband of Joan and dearly loved father of James. Brian was well known in the Scouting movement in the late 1940s and went to school in Welwyn.
