COOK Leslie Arthur Cook passed away on November 1. Loving husband of Joyce, dad to Gary and Neil, grandfather to Steven, Lewis, Mitchell, Alex, Tyler and Bryce. Funeral to be held on Thursday, November 18, 1.15pm at Harwood Park Crematorium. All welcome.
