BLYTHE-SMITH Patricia Dawn (formerly Sexton and Giles) Blythe-Smith passed peacefully away on September 24, after a short illness, aged 66. She will be sadly missed by Diana, Malcolm and all the family. Funeral service will take place on Monday, October 11, 1.15pm at Harwood Park Crematorium.
