MITCHELL John Mitchell of Sunderland and Hatfield, retired Deputy Head of Millwards School and formerly Teacher at Newtown School, peacefully on May 19, aged 95, at a residential home in Sunderland, his home town. John beloved husband of the late Emily (nee Pybus), loving father of John , Billy and Jim, dear father-in-law of Valerie, Gaynor and Vanessa, also a much loved grandfather, great grandfather and loving brother of Winnie. Family and friends please meet for funeral service at Sunderland Crematorium, tomorrow Thursday, May 27, 10.30am. Family flowers only. Donations may be sent to the Royal British Legion.
