HARRY EDWARD BARNES October 12, 1927 - March 3, 2010 It is with great sadness we inform you that Harry passed away on Wednesday, March 3, aged 82, at the QE2 Hospital. Harry had a stroke on January 6, which he never really recovered from and his health deteriorated further, his illness bravely borne to the end. A devoted and loving husband to his late wife Rene, devoted dad to David and Joan, father-in-law to Helen (Troy) and Alan, very proud and loving grandad to Jane, Karen, Stephen and Susan, very very proud and loving great grandad to Georgina, Victoria, Charlie, Rebecca, Kalise, Buddy and Nellie. Harry and Rene were very well known in the South Hatfield area where they lived and in the Town Centre, also by the Market Traders as they lived in Hatfield since 1957. Harrys sense of humour and his cheeky smile will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Now at peace and out of pain, reunited with his loving wife Rene together again. Thank you to the Doctors, Nurses, Physiotherapist and care given to Harry on the Bayford Ward.
