FRED DAVIES Passed away peacefully on February 19, aged 86. Fred served in the Royal Navy during WWII. He was also a part-time uniformed member of the St Johns Ambulance during the late 60s and 70s, regularly supporting functions at the Forum, Hatfield and Rye House Karting Track in Hoddesdon. Fred leaves his wife of 56 years, Beryl and three sons, Geoffrey, Paul and Francis. His humour and gentle manner will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Funeral service will take place on Monday, March 15, 12.20pm at West Herts Crematorium, Garston. Enquiries to J J Burgess & Sons - 01707 262122.
