Stephen Cook sadly passed away on January 2, in the Isabel Hospice, after a long illness, aged 51. Devoted family man who will be greatly missed and never forgotten. Funeral service to take place on Friday, January 22, 3.30pm at Harwood Park Crematorium. Family flowers only.
