David Edward Hayes passed away peacefully at the Lister Hospital on December 15, after a short illness, aged 93. Beloved husband to Dorothy, father, grandad and grandpa. Loyal member of the Salvation Army, retired from office in 2002. David will be greatly missed. Funeral service to be held on Monday, January 4, 9.30am at The Salvation Army Hall, Cole Green Lane. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired to the Salvation Army via Captain Bramwell and Lieutenant Rhonda Hayes, to whom the family would like to thank for their untiring support throughout.
