Wingar Peter Thomas Wingar died peacefully at the QE2 hospital April 22 aged 76. Much loved husband of Jane nee Gower, wonderful father to Debbie and grandfather to Andrew and David, brother to Pat and special foster father to Rachel, Daniel and Grandad Wingar to Olivia Naomi and Samuel.
