POLL Joan (nee Carr) Poll died peacefully at the QE2 Hospital on April 2, aged 81. Much loved wife of Alan, mother of James and Anne, grandmother of Elizabeth, Daniel, Andrew, Katie, Laura and Emily and great grandmother to Chloe. Funeral service will be held on Friday, April 17, 1.45pm at Ayot St Peter Church, Welwyn. Family flowers only.
