ELIZABETH PHILLIPS ARTHUR Elizabeth passed away peacefully on 10th September 2023 aged 96. Beloved mother of Louise and Juliet. She will be missed with great affection by her family and friends. Her funeral service will be held at St John's Church Lemsford on Thursday 26 October 2023 at 11.00am, followed by a private family cremation. Family flowers only.
