There will be plenty of ‘gourd’ fun at an activity farm’s annual pumpkin festival this month.
Families visiting Willows Activity Farm between Saturday, October 21 and Sunday, October 29 can explore the site’s 6.5 acre pumpkin patch.
Filled with 20,000 pumpkins, youngsters can pick their very own pumpkin to take home.
Daily pumpkin carving in Willows’ carving cavern throughout the half-term break means little ones can scoop and shape their pumpkin before they go home.
A pumpkin-themed arts and crafts area will also give visitors the chance to get crafty during the school holidays.
And on top of all that, more pumpkin fun can be found at the Willows Pumpkin Olympics, and The Pumpkin Show with Sam-Tastic the magician, who will be performing regular shows on site throughout the week.
Parents don’t need to worry about the weather either, with plenty happening indoors for their little explorers too at Cotton-tail Village, Woolly Jumpers Indoor Play Barn and the Farmyard, full of sheep, goats and donkeys to meet.
Peter Rabbit and his friends Benjamin Bunny, Lily Bobtail, Squirrel Nutkin and Cotton-tail will all be at Willows to meet and greet visitors as well as perform live daily shows in the Peter Rabbit Theatre.
The world’s first Peter Rabbit Adventure Playground means little ones can burn off energy outside with Peter and his friends.
