Tributes have been paid to a 'loving family man' who died following an incident in Welwyn Garden City on Sunday.
42-year-old Gavin Hubbard sadly passed away following an incident at an address in Linkfield.
An investigation into his death was launched by the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit, and 21-year-old woman Tuche Coskun has now been charged with murder.
She appeared in court today (May 22) and has been remanded into custody. She will next appear at Luton Crown Court on Friday, May 24.
In a statement, Gavin’s family said: "Gavin, the son of Roy and Val, brother of Trev, Tracy and Chris, a dad to Sophie, Jack and Carter and a grandad to three. He was also a loving uncle to many.
"Gav was loved by his family; he was loved by his friends, and he loved so many.
"Despite his troubles he was there for anyone who needed him. He was a wise, kind, funny and loyal man. He will be missed so so much.
"Rest in peace Gav, love you forever."
