A man has been charged in connection with robberies at a supermarket in Brookmans Park.
Matthew Pink, 37, of Brookside in South Mimms, has been charged and remanded into custody, in connection with two robberies at a Co-op store on March 14 and May 10.
A second man, 38 and from London, has also been arrested in connection with the incidents and he has been bailed while enquiries continue.
"My officers have been working hard to investigate a series of robberies at the Co-op in Brookmans Park," said Welwyn Hatfield Chief Inspector Pete Frost.
"I know the incidents have caused much concern in the local area and so I am pleased to share this reassuring news with the public."
