Evan Desmond: 63, of Newells, Letchworth Garden City. On July 21, 2022 drove an IVECO Daily on Hitchin Road, Upper Caldecote at 42mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £80 plus ordered to pay victim services £32 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 4 points. 

St Albans Magistrates Court results – July 24 

Robert Harrison: 32, of Amethyst Walk, Welwyn Garden City. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on January 25, 2024, by failing to attend instructed office appointments. Fined £50. 

Rachael Wood: 43, of Old Watford Road, St Albans. On July 6, 2022, was the registered owner of a vehicle which did not meet insurance requirements. Fined £71 and ordered to pay victim services £29. 

St Albans Magistrates Court results – July 25 

Stefan Coman: 30, of Stephens Close, London. On September 16, 2022, stole cabling from Saville Estate Agents in Hoddesdon. Fined £1,750 plus ordered to pay victim services £700 and court costs £620. 

Stevenage Magistrates Court results – July 25 

Mirwais Shirzoie: 26, of Claypole Drive, Hounslow.On May 7, 2023, drove a Volkswagen Golf on M25 junction 17-16, Rickmansworth at 100mph when the speed limit is 70mph. Fined £80 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 6 points. 

St Albans Magistrates Court results – July 26 

Benn Sewell: 37, of Wallcote Avenue, London. On February 2, 2023, drove a Mercedes on High Street, Harpenden while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence and no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Sewell also obstructed a police officer in the execution of his duty. On May 10, 2024, failed to surrender to custody at St Albans Magistrates Court having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on May 30, 2024. Fined £700.  

Stevenage Magistrates Court results – July 26 

Siobhan Lansdowne: 25, of Sadler Close, Cheshunt. On June 25, 2022, drove a Ford Europe on A1000 Barnet Road, Potters Bar at 36mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £92 plus ordered to pay victim services £37 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 3 points. 

Natalie O’Shea: 38, of Mountway Close, Welwyn Garden City. Between February 20 and March 19, 2023, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Vauxhall Corsa who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £440 plus ordered to pay victim services £176 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months. 

Iris Dhlakama: 36, of The Common, Hatfield. On September 9, 2023, travelled by train to New Southgate without a valid train ticket. Fined £184 plus ordered to pay compensation £12, Victim services £74 and court costs £135. 

Stevenage Magistrates Court results – July 29 

Keith Phillips: 52, of Stanborough Avenue, Borehamwood. Between June 6, and July 3, 2023, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Volkswagen Golf who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £120 plus ordered to pay victim services £48 and court costs £150. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.
