An annual pumpkin extravaganza will trick or treat youngsters to a dose of Halloween fun and frolics in Hertfordshire this October half-term.
The popular Willows Activity Farm is hosting its Pumpkin Festival at the end of the month.
Children of all ages can take their pick from the London Colney farm attraction’s plethora of more than 20,000 gourds.
Those that want to continue the fun can also visit the Carving Cavern, where the orange veggies can be turned into funny to scary pumpkin expressions.
Prizes are up for grabs each day for wannabe witches and scary skeletons in a Halloween Fancy Dress competition.
The enchanting experiences continue with the Pumpkin Magic Show taking place in the indoor theatre, with SamTastic and Smiley Wiley making appearances throughout the festival.
Willows Activity Farm chief executive Nicola Ratcliffe said: “We’re very excited for the arrival of the Pumpkin Festival and it is bigger and better than ever.
“There’s something for everyone, whether it’s carving the best pumpkin, admiring the various Halloween costumes, or enjoying the Pumpkin Magic Show, parents and kids will have everything they need for a fun-filled Halloween.”
The event runs every day between October 25 and Sunday, November 4.
Tickets, which include character meet and greets and live shows, are £23 for children and £22 for adults.
Discounts are available for tickets booked online in advance.
