This October half term, save your money and treat your kids to a delicious meal they can enjoy for free - or for as little as £1 - across Hertfordshire. 

With food shopping prices on the rise during the cost-of-living crisis, there are some small measures that can alleviate pressure on families.

Here is a list of cafés and restaurants that allow your child to eat for free:

Asda Café allows kids to eat all day for £1, with no minimum adult spend required until the end of 2022.

Asda has announced its next move in a bid to help feed children to help tackle holiday hunger at a time when the cost-of-living is higher than ever

Tesco Cafés allow children to eat for free with any purchase of fresh fruit by an adult throughout the half term. 

The offer means that parents can spend as little as 60p on a piece of fresh fruit to claim one free kids meal worth up to £3.25.

Toby Carvery allows children to eat for £1 from Monday, October 24 to 28 with the app.

At Morrisons, if you spend £4.99 after 3pm, you can get one free kids' meal - this offer is running every day day during half term.

The restaurant wants to help take the pressure off your family weekday dinners and give the kids something to smile about!.
