Mill Green Museum’s Black History Month event showcasing artwork from primary schools across Welwyn Hatfield proved to be a huge success.
Poetry, art, short stories, and quotes produced by pupils and based around this year's theme, Time for Change: Action not Words, were put on display at the museum on Wednesday, October 26.
There was traditional Caribbean food on offer as well, with Mama Cynth's Jamaican Kitchen cooking up a storm.
“Our Black History Month community event that took place at Mill Green Museum was a huge success,” tweeted Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council.
“Thank you to the students who provided artwork, the guest speakers, Mama Cynths for their delicious food and to all those who attended.”
