The annual Lemsford Fete has been hailed a "great success", with over £13,000 raised for the St John’s C of E School.
The fete took place yesterday (May 1), on the grounds of the school and church.
Similar to last year, this year's event brought in around 2,500 residents who enjoyed the "genuine country fete experience".

Paul Butler, the chair of the fete committee, said: "It went really well and we were really lucky with the weather.
"It was a great success, as we raised around £13,000 pounds, which will go towards the church and the school's PTA, distributed to support anything that is necessary at the school or church."
The event included maypole dancing, archery, live music, and much more.
