The pub has been honoured with the Your Favourite Pub trophy, and also received a banner to show off their success.
A party was also held to celebrate the win, with Jana presented with a gift from the customers at the party to recognise her work.

"It is fantastic to see the Woodman Inn winning this award from the Welwyn Hatfield Times," he said.
"As someone who has enjoyed a pint and a carvery at this pub many times before I know how hard everyone works and how well deserved this award is.
"I wish everyone at the Woodman Inn the best for the future, and I look forward to returning to the pub for another fantastic carvery and a well-poured pint."
As well as the trophy, The Woodman Inn received a cash prize, which has been donated to Prostate Cancer UK and used to help buy a defibrillator for the pub.
"We are amazed and thankful for our customers interaction and generosity which, over the past couple of years, has enabled us to donate over £5000 to Prostate Cancer UK," Jana added.
