An image of Beau, a volunteer dog for Hertfordshire charity Communities 1st, has been shortlisted for a national award.
The picture of the canine helper in one the organisation's Shopper Buses has been nominated in the British Photography Awards' Mobile Photography Awards 2024.
The Shopper Buses transport residents from their homes to local supermarket where volunteers help them to carry bags fetch items, and board on and off the bus.
Buses operate in Hertsmere, Three Rivers, Watford and Welwyn Hatfield.
The image was taken by Lucy, from Communities 1st's communication's team, for use in in promotional materials to advertise the shopper bus service.
A spokesperson for the the charity said: "Beau is one of many canine volunteers.
"His main responsibilities include canine communications, pet project management and human relationship building.
"In his spare time, he loves to eat carrots and enjoys making new friends.

"While Beau is a very friendly boy, he is not allowed to driver the Shopper Bus because his paws cannot reach the pedals.
"So, we are searching for volunteer drivers for our multi-purpose vehicles and minibuses on scheduled trips, as well as cars for community-based transport, and for volunteer bus buddies who help passengers board and disembark from the buses, carry shopping and fetch items in the supermarkets."
