The driver of a lorry did not stop despite being involved in a crash on the M25 in Hertfordshire.
The vehicle and a car collided between Junctions 24 and 23 of the motorway's anti-clockwise carriageway, near Potters Bar and South Mimms, before 1.46pm.
Traffic was stopped for a while, before two lanes of four were reopened.

Motorists were advised to allow extra time for their journeys, with 45 minute delays reported.
A spokesperson for Hertfordshire Constabulary said: "Police were called at around 2.21pm today (Tuesday, April 23) to report a damage only road traffic collision involving a car and a vehicle described as a lorry, which didn’t stop at the scene.
"The driver of the car has been signposted as to how to report the incident online."
