Police are at the scene of a crash that happened in Welwyn Garden City this morning.

A road closure on Bessemer Road is currently in place while emergency services attend.

Herts police said: "Police are currently at the scene of a collision in Bessemer Road,  Welwyn Garden City.

"Road closures have been put in place to allow emergency services access.

"Please avoid the area and seek an alternate route where possible."

The road closure is in place between Wickes and the Mundells roundabout.
